We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive within about 6–11 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping rates

Orders under $60: $5.95 standard shipping
Orders of $60 or more: free standard shipping

Tracking

When your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take a few days to show updates.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Lost, late or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, or it arrives damaged, email us at vilivune@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
